Digital Product Delivery
Our products are AI-powered digital tools. Upon purchase:
1. You will receive an order confirmation email with your account login details.
2. You will access your Member Area to activate your purchased tools.
3. Product access is granted through a secure activation process linked to your Google (Gmail) account.
Access to products requires a free Google account (Gmail). This is necessary for the delivery platform and is not an additional purchase requirement.
License and Usage
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased products for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, share account access, or make the products available to others unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Payment is processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already completed.
Promotional and introductory pricing (including Founders Launch pricing) is available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at our sole discretion.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our front-end product (LeadArchitect).
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@theaicontentmarketing.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Upon refund, access to all associated digital products and tools will be revoked.
One-time offers (OTOs) and add-on products purchased during checkout are also eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase under the same terms. Upon refund, access to all associated digital tools will be revoked.
Non-refundable items: Order bump products (e.g., template packs, downloadable resources) are non-refundable. These are digital download products that are delivered immediately upon purchase, and access cannot be revoked once granted.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that indicate abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds).
5. Account Responsibilities
